Due to our success and ambitious growth plans here at Viva Training, We are looking to recruit a number of enthusiastic, Telesales Agents.

This is a hugely exciting and highly rewarding opportunity to join a fantastic and expanding training company based in Illingworth, Halifax.

We specialise in Gas and Renewables training courses that are provided at our onsite bespoke training centre. You will be responsible for following up online enquiries to fill our courses.

You will play a critical role in helping to deliver real success to the business. This is a rewarding role that will require you to be a passionate and energetic team player who is achievement oriented.

Working in an outbound sales environment, you’ll need to be money motivated with a real passion for exceeding targets along with a structured approach to your responsibilities, including objection handling and strong influencing skills.

**What you’ll need**
- Experience in a sales/phone work environment
- Excellent verbal confident communication, with strong listening skills
- A positive attitude; self-motivated and resilient
- A team player, encouraging, helpful and cooperative
- A willingness to learn, develop and grow within the business
- Focused, target driven, confident individuals with a passion for excellent customer service
- Highly driven with a competitive spirit, strong will to win and passion for selling
