HR Administrator

Reed business support have partnered with a manufacturing organisation who are looking to expand their HR function and are looking to recruit a HR Administrator.
The HR Administrator will be responsible for providing the team with efficient and effective administration support to the team and members of staff across the organisation.
Day to day duties of the HR Administrator:
- Manage and keep HR database up to date
- Answering or referring employee inquiries
- Support on recruitment process (communicate with agencies, short list CVS, arrange and conduct interviews
- Manage onboarding process
- Complete right to work checks for new starters
- Update employee holiday and sickness record
- Support with ER cases (attending meetings and minuet taking)
- Create staff handbooks and newsletters
Experience and skills required for the HR Administrator:
- Proven work experience within a HR function
- Good multitasker
- Good level of English and maths GCSE/A level
- CIPD L3 - completed or keen to learn
- Good communication skills
- Excellent listener
- Good Microsoft packages and IT skills
