This role, joining the HR Team of a Facilities Management company, would suit somebody looking to start their career within HR, as it works closely with the HR Manager and the HR Administrator
The role of Administrator includes:
- Tracking and logging vehicle information for the companies’ fleet of 70 vans
- Updating HR systems with information regarding hours, locations, routes etc
- Working closely with the HR Manager to support activity within the team
- Back-office administration tasks as needed
To be considered for the role of Administrator, you should have:
- Administration experience of collating information, updating systems etc
- An interest in HR related issues, as the role offers potential for internal progression
- Clear communication skills
