About the Role

This HR Program Coordinator position will focus on assisting with employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, leaves of absence, and workers compensation. The successful candidate will have exceptional communication skills, be able to multitask efficiently, and maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with disability vendors, managers, employees, and payroll teams to manage leave of absence procedures.
  • Administer benefit programs, such as medical, vision, dental, and flexible spending accounts, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Develop and distribute benefit attachments, coordinate new hire benefit orientation meetings, and address employee benefit inquiries.
  • Process 403b eligibility and respond to employee reference checks and employment inquiries.
  • Maintain professional relationships with staff, utilizing exceptional customer service skills and exercising sound judgment.

Requirements:

  • An Associate's Degree in HR or a related field, coupled with 3 years of solid experience in HR or benefits administration.

Salary Range: $58,000 - $68,000 per year based on industry standards and geographical location. Coordinated Care Services, Inc. offers attractive compensation packages to its employees.
