Duties to include
- prepare offer letters and employee contracts
- onboarding / induction of new employeees
- logging and monitoring holidays and absences
- maintain employee records, HR documentation, job descriptions
- arrange annual staff reviews with directors, arrange follow up periodic meetings with employees
- monitor staff absence, generate absence reports, update line managers
- monitor staff welfare, conduct welfare meetings and back to work interviews
- collate info for disciplinary as required if necessary
- notetaker at HR and other director meetings

Qualifications and experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
- Previous similar experience required
- Experienced administrator
- Accurate and detailed approach to note taking and record keeping
- Can-do attitude
- Own transport required due to rural location

The position is part time up to 18 hours a week
