**Monday - Friday 9-6 or 8-5**

This role, as HR Administrator, is joining an independent company with an excellent reputation in the field of construction and building maintenance. We are looking to attract a bright and proactive Hr Administrator to support the HR Manager.

The role of the Human resources administrator will be varied, challenging and demanding at times as the company are growing and continuously busy.
- Liaising with the HR Manager, Managers, Directors and Employees of a multi-skilled facilities and construction company
- Administering all Personnel information, issuing new contracts, logging and tracking Holidays and absences
- Generating reports for Absence and Health and safety and general business KPI's
- Tracking and maintaining training records. Booking in refresher courses for various tickets including CSCS, JIB gold cards, Disk Cutting, Welding, Fire doors etc
- Help to manage and review office contracts
- Maintaining Health and safety records, logging feedback and complaints
- Logging Accidents, incidents and near misses
- Assisting with Building management, fire alarms, drills, PAT testing etc
- Document collation to assist with internal audits for 9001, 14001 and 45001

This role is a support-based role where you will be assisting in many ways that contribute to the successful running of the office, working with a manager who is calm, approachable and open always working with a clear goal in mind.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £21,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
