Job Summary:

Coordinated Care Services, Inc. is seeking an experienced Benefits Administration Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and administering employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance with Federal and State laws, and providing excellent customer service.

About the Role:
In this role, you will play a key part in leave of absence administration, working closely with disability vendors, managers, employees, and payroll to process and monitor leaves effectively. You will also provide general clerical support with benefit programs such as medical, vision, dental, flexible spending accounts, and 403(b) Tax Deferred Retirement Annuity plans. Your responsibilities will include preparing benefit attachments/link and sending out invitations to new hire benefit orientation meetings as needed, assisting in benefit administration with new hires, open enrollment, and general employee benefit questions, and providing assistance to employees and new hires with 403b eligibility and questions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leave of absence administration: work with disability vendors, managers, employees, and payroll to process and monitor leaves effectively.
  • Benefit program administration: provide general clerical support with medical, vision, dental, flexible spending accounts, and 403(b) Tax Deferred Retirement Annuity plans.
  • New hire benefit orientation: prepare benefit attachments/link and send out invitations as needed.
  • Benefit administration: assist with new hires, open enrollment, and general employee benefit questions.
  • 403b eligibility: provide assistance to employees and new hires.

Requirements:
This role requires a strong clerical support background, preferably in HR or claims/benefits processing. An Associate's Degree in HR or a related field is preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered. You must have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. The estimated salary for this role is $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
