We are seeking a dedicated Employee Benefits Specialist to join our HR team at Coordinated Care Services, Inc. This role will involve coordinating and administering employee benefits, providing exceptional support to our staff.

The ideal candidate will possess outstanding organizational skills, be able to work independently, and maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support the coordination of employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, leaves of absence, and workers compensation.
  • Manage leave of absence procedures, collaborating with relevant parties to ensure smooth execution.
  • Administer benefit programs, such as medical, vision, dental, and flexible spending accounts.
  • Develop and disseminate benefit attachments, facilitate new hire benefit orientation meetings, and address employee benefit inquiries.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records, adhering to company policies and regulatory requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

  • An Associate's Degree in HR or a related field plus 3 years of solid experience in HR or benefits administration.

Compensation: $60,000 - $70,000 per year, commensurate with industry standards and location. Coordinated Care Services, Inc. provides a comprehensive benefits package to its employees.
