About the Role:This position requires strong organizational skills to coordinate the recruitment process and facilitate the onboarding of new hires. The successful candidate will also be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records and ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
Main Responsibilities:- Recruitment and Onboarding: Coordinate the recruitment process, conduct initial screenings, and facilitate the onboarding of new hires.
- Employee Records Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
- Benefits Administration: Assist with benefits enrollment and address inquiries, collaborating with providers to administer programs effectively.
- General Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support including managing HR queries, organizing HR events, and general office tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Knowledge of employment law and HR systems is desirable.
- A competitive salary package of £25,000-£27,000 per annum.
