We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Officer to join our team in the Acute Ward, working collaboratively to provide reception and administrative support to our employees, contractors, patients, residents, family members, and visitors.
Job Requirements
The successful candidate will have:
- A high level of clerical and administrative experience.
- Advanced skills with Microsoft Office.
- The ability to provide professional support to clients and staff.
Responsibilities
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Providing effective clerical and administrative support in an office environment.
- Utilising Microsoft Office and other software programs with proficiency.
- Offering friendly, courteous, and professional support to all clients and staff.
- Contributing as a team member within the Administration Team as required.
