About the Role:
This Administrative Specialist position is responsible for providing administrative support to our onsite teams at Landsman Development Corp. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administration, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist District and Community Managers in administrative tasks related to property management.
- Coordinate with staff to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.

Requirements:
- 3+ years of administrative experience required;
- High school diploma or equivalent required;
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and internet navigation skills essential;
- Ability to communicate effectively in English (verbal and written) with colleagues, residents, and external contractors.

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per annum,
