Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition Partner, including applicant resume review, scheduling, and reference checks.
  • Maintain the accuracy and completeness of candidate information in our applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Support recruitment events and job fairs as needed, assisting with new hire onboarding, validation of employment paperwork, and data entry in HRIS.
  • Assign NYS-required harassment training for new hires.

We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, ability to remain flexible and resourceful, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and ATS/HRIS systems.
