Domiciliary Care Support Specialist

Welcome to Office Angels, where we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional care services. We are currently seeking an experienced Care Coordinator to join our team in Kent.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a dedicated team, providing support to clients and their families. As a Care Coordinator, you will be responsible for scheduling dementia Befrienders, handling client queries, and assisting with befriender onboarding.
The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, experience in scheduling/rotas within the care industry, and a valid driver's license. You will work 40 hours per week and enjoy a competitive salary of £25,000 - £26,000.
Main Responsibilities:
- Schedule dementia Befrienders to clients and manage the company diary
- Handle incoming calls and emails from new and existing clients
- Meet with potential clients and their families to introduce them to the service
- Assist General Manager with befriender onboarding and training
- Raise invoices for services
- Complete compliance documentation
- Be the main point of contact for Befrienders
- Monitor performance
- Complete background checks for new starters
