Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Personal Care Specialist to join our team, providing essential support to clients in their daily lives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with personal care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and managing incontinence
  • Support clients with medication management and administration
  • Help with practical tasks like shopping, mealtimes, and housework
  • Follow individual care plans to ensure the best possible outcomes for clients

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong ability to care for others and provide emotional support
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a close-knit team
  • Basic knowledge of health and safety procedures
