Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Personal Care Specialist to join our team, providing essential support to clients in their daily lives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with personal care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and managing incontinence
- Support clients with medication management and administration
- Help with practical tasks like shopping, mealtimes, and housework
- Follow individual care plans to ensure the best possible outcomes for clients
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A strong ability to care for others and provide emotional support
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- The ability to work independently and as part of a close-knit team
- Basic knowledge of health and safety procedures
