We are seeking a Personal Care Advocate to join our team at Aruma, where you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with disabilities to achieve their goals and live fulfilling lives.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling them to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike. You will be responsible for delivering personalized support services, promoting community integration, and advocating for the rights and needs of individuals with disabilities.

About the Role:
  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality support services to customers with disabilities.
  • Assist clients in daily living activities, such as personal care, mobility, and skill development.
  • Promote community integration and support clients in accessing social and recreational activities.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualised support plans.
  • Advocate for the rights and needs of individuals with disabilities.

Salary Information:

Our competitive salary is $65,000 - $85,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
