About the Role

We are seeking a Support Worker to join our team at Aruma. As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality support services, assisting clients with daily living activities, personal care, and skill development.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering person-centred support services that meet the needs of individuals with disabilities.
  • Assisting clients with daily living activities, personal care, and skill development.
  • Promoting community participation and supporting clients in accessing social and recreational activities.
  • Working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualised support plans.
  • Advocating for the rights and needs of individuals with disabilities.
