Key Responsibilities

  • Manage caseload within reflective supervision, undertaking focused assessments and care plans with clear objectives.
  • Demonstrate relationship-based practice, working collaboratively with children and their families.
  • Work directly with children to establish their lived experiences, wishes, and feelings.
  • Support children and families in diverse contexts, such as mental health, disability, and substance misuse.
  • Apply the Signs of Safety practice model consistently in assessments and interventions.
  • Develop quality Life-Story work with Looked After Children to understand their family and story.
  • Review progress and implementation of children's care plans based on new assessments or significant changes.
  • Influence support services to keep children safe and well cared for.
  • Participate in regular reflective supervision to review casework and learn from experience.

Salary and Benefits
