Your Responsibilities

As a Field Care Supervisor, you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of individual care plans, working closely with Care Coordinators to plan realistic and effective care worker rotas, and participating in multi-disciplinary reviews of service users' needs. You will also be required to carry out regular reviews of individual services, including repeated and renewed needs and risk assessments. Additionally, you will participate as required in multi-disciplinary review of service users' needs.

We offer a competitive salary of up to £26,730 per annum, depending on experience.
