Job Description:
We seek an experienced Community Outreach Coordinator to lead training for new and existing Community Health Workers, while performing various tasks to support pediatric families identified for screening programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of community health and medical office/hospital experience.

Responsibilities:
• Serve as a lead trainer for new and existing Community Health Workers and perform various tasks to support pediatric families.
• Build relationships with target patient bases and connect with diverse cultures and populations.
• Provide outreach, coordination, and follow-up efforts for pediatric families identified for screening programs in a medical setting.
• Experience with diverse cultures and populations is preferred.

Benefits:
Competitive salary: $70,000 - $80,000 per year, plus full benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and a 403b retirement plan.
