We are currently seeking an experienced Field Care Supervisor to join our London-based team, responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care support are delivered to our service users.

The Job Description

As a Field Care Supervisor, you will be accountable for:

  • Supervising care workers in the field, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet quality standards.
  • Working closely with Care Coordinators to plan and coordinate care worker rotas, considering individual needs and skills.
  • Assessing and reviewing individual services, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.
  • Participating in multi-disciplinary reviews of service users' needs, contributing expertise to inform care planning decisions.
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports, adhering to relevant policies and procedures.

Your Qualifications

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • Significant experience in conducting risk assessments and developing care plans.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills, with a focus on finding innovative solutions to complex care challenges.
  • Familiarity with relevant legislation, policies, and procedures governing adult social care services.

Care By Us Ltd offers a comprehensive benefits package, including a base salary of £26,730 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, you will enjoy:
