Community Outreach Assistant:
Achieve together is seeking a skilled Community Outreach Assistant to join our team. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work in a variety of settings, including community centers, schools, and other local organizations, to promote our support services and engage with service users.

As a Community Outreach Assistant, you'll be responsible for promoting our support services, engaging with service users, and developing relationships with local organizations and communities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote Achieve together's support services to local communities and organizations
- Engage with service users to understand their needs and preferences
- Develop relationships with local organizations and communities to increase awareness and engagement with our support services
- Contribute to the development of new initiatives and programs that enhance the quality of life for our service users
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a passion for delivering high-quality care. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be able to adapt to changing situations.
