**Role Overview**:
Based in Oldham Safeguarding Adults Boards Business Unit the Board Business Co-ordinator is responsible for: 5

Co-ordinating, supporting and planning, delivering and monitoring of Oldham’s Safeguarding Adults Board’s (OSAB) strategic business, including subgroup activity and guidance on policy and programme development.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supporting Oldham Safeguarding Adults Board Business Unit Manager in the delivery of the board’s statutory duties.
- Supporting and monitoring Oldham Safeguarding Adults Board subgroup activity.
- Ensuring Oldham Safeguarding Adults Board partners receive timely and proportionate information.

**Key Requirements**:

- Good organisation and time management skills
- Good knowledge of Safeguarding Adults statutory duties, best practice and associated value base
- Good communication skills
- Excellent partnership working skills

**To succeed in this role, you will need as a minimum**:

- GCSE Grade A to C or equivalent in English and Maths
- Basic project management skills and experience of using these to support others in the delivery of projects.
- Excellent interpersonal skills
