Our teacher training business is continuing to develop and we are looking to add an Operations Coordinator to our team to help us drive our business functions - organising events, managing a stakeholder database and customer help desk.
The role will be as part of a growing team based in an accessible Oldham town centre location. on ‘getting things done’ with good organisational and planning skills. We can provide training for specific systems and in relation to the organisation.
We are seeking an experienced self-starter, you don’t have to have worked in education, but your current role, or recent roles maybe operations, data, or events. What matters is that you have good organisational and planning skills and that you are comfortable with large data sets.
Has experience of delivering operational and or administration duties in a busy working environment.
This role is about teacher training and development co-ordination, including bringing new teachers into the profession across the North West of England.
Working for the Teacher Training School means that you would be part of the Cranmer Education Trust, a successful, growing Trust which prides itself on looking after its people, offering a high level of support and access to expertise. Alongside the Teacher Training School, the Trust is made up of primary and secondary schools across Oldham and Rochdale. The Trust also incorporates the East Manchester Teaching Hub and a MFL hub, which support the training and development of new and existing teachers across the North West of England. This position will be based at the central team’s offices in Cranmer House at The Blue Coat School, but may from time to time require travel as necessary to collaborate with other schools which are all locally based.
