**Role Overview**:
To monitor and performance manage the Council’s housing contracts and ensure contract compliance.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- To manage and monitor the delivery of the housing PFI Output Specifications and Project Agreements, in particular refurbishment, lifecycle replacement, repairs & maintenance and service delivery activities.
- To expedite the Council’s housing PFI contract functions, for example monthly invoice processing, contract changes, unavailability deductions and failure events and maintain accurate records.
- To prepare contract monitoring reviews and audits in order to make recommendations to contractors and to take the appropriate steps necessary to achieve contract compliance and improve service performance.
- To prepare and present detailed reports including reports for delegated approval and reports to the PFI & Housing Revenue Account Board.

**Key Requirements**:

- Knowledge of key national policy drivers, legislation and broader influences related to the role
- Experience of and / or involvement in monitoring and performance management of service delivery contracts
