Office Administrator/receptionist

We are currently looking to recruit a full-time Office Administrator in our busy Nursing and Residential care Home. working closely with Management and colleagues to provide a professional administrative service. This is a varied role in which adaptability to change and flexibility is essential, the main duties include:
- Maintaining the office environment to high standards - identifying and resolving issues raised and ensuring the day to day running of office duties.
Updating and maintaining paper and electronic records using in-house systems Liaising with Nurses & Senior Carers throughout the home and to ensure standards are met.
Take on responsibility for different projects within the office
Other ad hoc admin duties as required, including ordering & receiving deliveries, updating and sorting files, drafting and proofreading correspondence, filing, mail both incoming & outgoing
Screen phone calls, redirect calls, and take messages
Greet visitors and point them in the right direction, answer inquiries, and create a welcoming environment
To be successful in this role, you should have previous administrative experience, ideally in a similar background be proactive and upbeat in your approach with a strong work ethic. You should be able to work as part of a team but also be comfortable to work on your own and have the initiative to provide strong support.
