We have an exciting new **6 month** opportunity for a **Customer Service Administrator** to join our Digital Contacts team at our **Birmingham Head Office**.

You will be supporting our customers with pre and post journey administration tasks. Ensuring a highly professional and timely response to all contacts that will exceed expectations, and retain customer loyalty.

**What you'll do...**
- Respond to customer contacts received through a variety of channels
- Proactively contact customers that have been displaced by timetable and stop changes, through verbal and written communication
- Fulfil customer refunds, tickets and coachcards in a timely manner
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of products, services and systems to provide a high quality service.
- Operate computer and manual systems as necessary to process work and maintain accurate records.
- Carry out any administrative duties or tasks within the scope, spirit and purpose of the job as requested by the manager
