**Your new company**Your new company is a leading international tobacco company based in Birmingham.
**Your new role**Your new role is to act as an ambassador for the organisation, serving their customers by providing product and service information, setting up / maintaining accounts, taking, and processing orders, processing transactions, maintaining accurate data and records,resolving product and service problems, fielding queries, and providing information. Help to improve services by identifying / addressing / escalating issues, preparing reports and management information as required. Contribute to the development of a teamenvironment
