We are seeking a meticulous and adaptable Internal Sales Administrator to join our team and contribute to our fast growing business.

To ensure success, you should have experience in a sales environment, administrative skills, computer literate and confidence using the telephone and customer interaction.

**Sales Administrator Responsibilities**:

- Receiving and processing purchase orders using our SAGE 200 system.
- Issuing sales transaction invoices using our SAGE 200 system.
- Verifying orders, including customers' personal information and payment details.
- Maintaining and updating sales and customer records.
- Compiling monthly sales reports.
- Expediting orders through internal liaison.
- Directing feedback from customers to relevant departments.
- Identifying new products to add to those on offer.
- Supporting the sales department with other administrative tasks, if requested.
- Handle customer complaints
- Marketing promotions

**Sales Administrator Requirements**:

- Previous experience in sales administration, or a similar role.
- Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Experience with Microsoft software and computer literate.
- Experience with SAGE 200 software is beneficial but not a requirement since training will be given.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
