A new opportunity is available with our client, who are a growing Commodity Trader of Wholesale Metals and are recruiting for a full time Office Administrator. Their main market is India and they therefore need a Hindi and fluent English speaker to join the team to assist with the day-to-day administrative tasks.
Duties & skills required for the Office Administrator
- Responsible and able to work on their own initiative
- Must have excellent customer service and communication skills, verbal & written
- Good communication and organizational skills with an ability to speak Hindi/Urdu & English
- Handling general office admin, filing, data input
- Good Microsoft Office skills, outlook, excel & word.
- Previous admin experience pref within a small or medium-sized UK business
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
