Job Overview

As an Office Administrator at Home Instead, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This role requires a proactive and organized individual who can multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage office administration activities, including filing, databases, and correspondence
  • Provide project administration support to ensure successful project implementation
  • Support care professionals with their care certificates, shadowing visits, and observations
  • Complete client reviews and support with compliance
  • Undertake any other duties as required by the Franchise Owner

Requirements

  • Good working knowledge of IT systems, including Microsoft Office or Google Suite
  • Proven experience in office administration within a busy office environment
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Self-motivated and able to work flexibly
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
