Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at Home Instead. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office, ensuring the smooth operation of our business.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the office team, including managing correspondence, filing, and databases.
- Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring that all necessary materials are available and in good working order.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and schedules for team members as needed.
- Assist with special projects and events, such as conferences and training sessions.
- Perform other administrative tasks as required by the office team.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
Working Conditions
This is a full-time position, with a minimum of 10 contracted hours per week. The ideal candidate will be able to work flexibly and be available to work on-call as needed.
