**Salary**:£21,000.00 per annum (Depending on experience)

**Hours**:37.5 hrs per week

Alternating Shift Pattern

07:30am - 16:00pm

09:00am - 17:30pm

**Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Will reports into the Customer Care Team Leader
- Generation of Site folders and paperwork
- Administration and updating of Concept.
- Administrative support to Customer Care Team (as directed by Team Leader)
- Raising of quotations
- Chasing and filing of subcontractor reports
- Closing of PPM task on client’s portal
- Taking and processing of deliveries to Acorn Office
- Answer office phones and direct calls to correct department

**Qualifications & Skills Required**:
**Knowledge**
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Experience working as administration staff

**Personal Qualities/Skills**
- Excellent telephone manner
- Highly developed personal skills such as communication; teamwork; self-motivation and attention to detail
- Well-developed skills both written and oral
- Must have the ability to prioritise, plan and organise work in a busy environment.
- Proven experience working in an administration role.
- Highly flexible in response to changing organisational requirements.
- Organise work and time efficiently for self and others and to work supportively within a team.

**Qualifications**
- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
