We have an excellent opportunity for a Customer Service focused induvial to join an established and professional organisation that offer ongoing training and development.

This is a hybrid role where you will be in the office once or twice a week and working from home for the rest of the week. This is a 6 month contract but with high potential to go permanent in the future.

You will use your excellent customer service skills within an administration and customer service focused role.

**Key responsibilities**
- Mixture of both inbound and outbound telephone activities
- Act as first point of contact and provide solutions for customers in the sale or renewal of products/policies
- Ensure customers have a full understanding of the products they are buying by communicating effectively
- Communicate in a prompt, polite and clear manner, representing the business with a positive and professional image at all times
- Follow up and resolve to a satisfactory conclusion any issues arising from sales or service queries
- Liaise with Underwriters, prepare renewals and issue documentation
- Prepare mid-term adjustment and cancellation documentation
- Diary management
- Allocation of monies to client accounts
