Job Introduction
As an Armed forces **Accommodation Administrator** at **Worthy Down Barracks**,** you will assist with the day to day running of the accommodation department, reporting to the accommodation manager and helping to ensure the smooth running of a busy accommodation service. You'll interact with our Armed forces personnel every day, improving quality of life for all that you meet Join Sodexo and be part of something greater. You belong in a team where you can act with purpose and thrive in your own way.

**What you’ll do**:

- Support the management team closely, you'll be a vital part of the team, Be flexible and support the team with any projects or tasks they require
- Preparing, organising and storing information in paper and/or digital form.
- Allocating rooms for guest check in, preparing room key packs and greeting guests on arrival.
- Maintain database to keep records accurate and up to date.
- Create new accommodation bookings.
- Maintain excellent client relationships.
- Comply with Sodexo company policies/procedures and client site rules and regulations.
- To always maintain professional work standards.
- Work in conjunction with other departments to ensure a high level of service delivery.

- Excellent team ethos and superb inter-communication skills, you'll be a key people person on site.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and remain calm under pressure
- Previous experience in a similar role is a bonus But if you feel you can adapt to new roles quickly and have computer skills, then we would still love to hear from you
