Corporate Training Assistant

We are seeking an enthusiastic and flexible individual to join our Learning and Development team as an Apprentice Learning and Development Assistant. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the growth and development of our employees.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating the onboarding process for new starters and collaborating with HR to ensure a smooth transition
- Maintaining LCP's appraisal platform to facilitate effective performance reviews
- Preparing reports on DEI training and following up with individuals who require additional support
- Providing administrative support for learning sessions, including room bookings, refreshments, and resource preparation
- Organizing parental support sessions and communicating with external providers
- Managing invoices and evaluating learning events
- Developing and updating intranet content to highlight learning opportunities
- Assisting with apprenticeship administration and producing bi-annual reports
We require a motivated individual with excellent organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work independently. Your proficiency in Excel and experience with process improvement will be valuable assets in this role.
This position comes with a salary of approximately £26,600 per annum, consistent with industry standards for similar roles in the Winchester area.
