Facilities Administrator

Our team is looking for an Administrator to be part of our Facilities Team to carry out admin duties for our Trust owned accommodation in Winchester in order to support its business plans and objectives.
The post holder may be asked to support any part of the facilities services but will be assigned the Domestic & Linen Department at Winchester.
To assist in the effective management of administrative and booking responsibilities for the Trust owned accommodation in Winchester.
To create, maintain and input data to databases and information management systems.
To manage the on-call room bookings system and key issuing.
To organise room inspections, end of tenancy cleans and other ad-hoc requirements with the accommodation domestic.
To work autonomously providing administrative support under the DOSM.
As part of the administration support function the post holder will and as required maintain personal records, data input, order stationery and ad-hoc orders through SBS supply chain.
To take and circulate minutes of meetings and updating action plans as appropriate in a timely way.
To provide any other duties appropriate to the band and post.
