**Role Overview**
To provide efficient, effective and confidential administrative support and research to the Specialist Housing department.

**Some Key responsibilities**:

- Undertake a range of administrative duties and working as part of the safeguarding team and the wider business.
- Assist with logging, updating safeguarding incidents and dealing with highly confidential information on dynamics system.
- Provide admin support relating to associated safeguarding matters, such as audit preparations, safer recruitment, risk assessments and DBS admin support.
- Schedule and organise senior meetings including attending to take minutes.
- Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence. Logging creating and sending quarterly reports to Managers/Senior Management.
- Data management and reporting on Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) on a quarterly basis.
- Stationery ordering for the department.
- Maintaining of the membership and subscription registrations.
- Support with tenders, creating a folder with all tender documents, researching etc.
- Logging and filing of highly confidential information.

**More about you**:

- Educated to GCSE level or equivalent in Math & English
- Some level of knowledge and understanding with regards to safeguarding
- At least two years’ administrative experience working in a customer-centered environment, and dealing with people
- Able to work effectively and diligently at a fast pace and meet tight deadlines.
