My client who is based on the outskirts of Winchester is looking for an Administrator to join their busy sales team on a permanent basis.

**Client Details**

**Description**

As the Sales Administrator you will be responsible for:

- Working closely with the sales team to support them on daily administration tasks
- Completing new line forms and collating new supplier information.
- Assisting with the completion of retailer price promotion forms and administration.
- Maintaining sales records and customer data.
- Onboarding new customers via the onboarding process
- Ensuring forecast data is accurately reported
- Ensuring integrity of sales data in the CRM system
- Assist with the planning of sales events
- Attending sales events to support the sales team
- Providing excellent customer service
- Ensuring sales tools are maintained and available to the sales team
- General office duties

**Profile**

In order to be considered for the role you will:

- Have a strong background in administration ideally alongside a sales team
- Have ideally worked in an FMCG background previously
- Be a good communicator
- Be well organised
- Be able to use MS Office
- Be self motivated and driven to help the business achieve

**Job Offer**
