Hours per week: 35 hours per week (Full Time)

**Job Details**:
We are seeking a talented and motivated Change and Communications Administrator to join our dynamic team within our Digital Services Directorate. In this role, you will play a key part in planning, developing, and implementing communication strategies to support organisational changes, fostering smooth transitions and ensuring that our employees are informed and engaged throughout the process.
**Key Requirements**
- A demonstrated ability to communicate complex change information in an understandable and engaging way.
- A proven ability to assess the impact of change on different stakeholders and develop targeted communication strategies.
- Experience in facilitating workshops, training sessions, and other communication activities related to change initiatives.
- A Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
**Department/Directorate Information**:
The Digital Services Directorate ensures that everyone at the ICR has access to the technology they need to do their jobs effectively including providing specialist IT support to the ICR’s research community.
