**Role Overview**:
- ** Thirteen Group** is on the lookout for **a part-time Repairs and Voids Customer Co-ordinator on a 6 month fixed term contract. **This is a fantastic opportunity to join us working across both departments being the customer representative; using their feedback to improve the overall customer experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- You will be pivotal to ensure a holistic approach to further improve service delivery by using lessons learned, analysing trends and working closely with teams across Thirteen and external stakeholders.
- Take ownership of all Repairs and Voids customer relations and will ensure a positive customer journey continues by providing an excellent and responsive customer service.
- Communicating with the customer, from first contact through to an agreed resolution, keeping both the customer and colleagues within Thirteen updated on progress.
- You will ensure works needed to repair defects are carried out on time and to the highest quality standards. Once completed, you will help colleagues within Thirteen understand what went wrong, but more importantly how we can ensure it doesn’t happen again.
**About You**:
- We are looking for someone who is experienced in customer service, who understands the importance of collaborative working and the links of Repairs and Maintenance with other departments and external stakeholders.
- You will be an excellent communicator including negotiating to balance and set customer expectations.
