**Role Overview**:
**Thirteen Group** is on the lookout for **a Customer Involvement Coordinator **to join us on a permanent basis. As a Customer Involvement Co-ordinator, you will support in the delivery of a professional, high performing and customer focussed co-regulation through customer scrutiny, engagement, training, and support.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- You’ll be supporting the continuous review and improvement of Thirteen’s co-regulation and customer engagement framework, to ensure they remain fit for purpose; and feedback with customer insight to support the delivery of our strategic plans.
- The outcomes of the work you carry out will be reported to board, committees, and leadership team, so as well as the front facing work there’ll be a need for you to maintain effective governance records.
- Acting as a conduit between our involved customers and Thirteen, in this role you’ll really be making a positive difference for all customers and helping to shape Thirteen of the future.
**About You**:
- We’re looking for an enthusiastic individual who is genuinely interested in championing the customer voice at Thirteen; someone who is proactive in their approach, thinks outside the box, can put their thoughts into action and with knowledge of co-regulation legislation and regulatory requirements.
- You’ll need to be comfortable communicating and working with diverse audiences, including delivering appropriate training and facilitating sessions.
- There will be times when you’ll need to constructively challenge so you’ll need to be comfortable with negotiating, putting your point across and listening to other people’s views.
- You’ll be a proactive worker, but remember to bring the rest of the team along with you. We’re interested in ideas and improvements from you too, in the way we work and the systems we use we’re big on automation and maximising the use of technology.
- As well as collating data you’ll need to analyse it and report on scrutiny and insight, performance, trends and outcomes, so having the ability and experience to pull out trends, recognise risks and ensure compliance will also be important.
