Senior Eating Disorder Practitioner

You will work in an environment that positively encourages the active involvement of service users and Carers in all aspects of care delivery and evaluation, whilst implementing evidence based interventions to enable change. As an eating disorder practitioner you will oversee physical health monitoring and link in with the wider MDT to help establish a treatment plans in collaboration with the service user. We are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic and motivated Band 6 Senior Practitioner to join the Connect: West Yorkshire Eating Disorder Service. We are looking for an experienced Registered Mental Health Nurse or Occupational Therapist to join our award winning team.
