About the Role


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Eating Disorder Team Lead to join our team at the Leeds and York Partnership NHS Foundation Trust.


Job Summary


The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the Eating Disorder Service, ensuring the effective and safe delivery of care. This role involves line management, quality and performance monitoring, team appraisals, and service development. You will work closely with the operational manager through regular supervision and feedback, and will have opportunities for leadership and management skills development.


Main Responsibilities



  • Lead the Eating Disorder Service, ensuring high-quality patient care and outcomes
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve service performance and efficiency
  • Manage and develop the team, including staff appraisals and training
  • Collaborate with senior clinical and operational leads to drive service improvement

Requirements


To be successful in this role, you will need:



  • Relevant experience working with patients with eating disorders
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • A passion for delivering high-quality care and improving patient pathways
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and external partners
  • Professional Healthcare registration
  • A car driver is essential for this post

Salary


The salary for this role is £46,148 - £52,809 per annum, depending on experience.
