Join our team as a Community Healthcare Leader and play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and support to individuals with eating disorders. As a Community Clinical Team Manager, you will be responsible for managing the service, including line management, quality and performance, team appraisals and service development. You will work closely with senior clinical and operational leads to develop the service and ensure it meets the needs of our patients.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare, preferably with experience working with eating disorder services. You will have excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire your team to deliver exceptional care. You will also have a good understanding of key performance indicators and metrics.

Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum (dependent on experience). Other benefits include 27-33 days annual leave, flexible working arrangements, the NHS Pension Scheme, coaching and training opportunities, and exclusive discounts and payment schemes.
