Community Physiotherapist Opportunity

Leeds Community Healthcare NHS Trust is seeking a skilled Physiotherapist to join our team in a Band 5 role. This exciting opportunity offers a flexible work-life balance, working with patients across the locality and delivering holistic rehabilitation services.
The successful candidate will be responsible for their own caseload, developing skills working with the wider multidisciplinary team and receiving regular clinical supervision. The trust provides a range of community-based health services across Leeds, treating people in their homes, local health centres, and community hospitals.
