About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Clinical Psychologist to join our team in digital health. The successful candidate will work 40 hours per week, providing specialist psychological therapy to participants in our weight management service.

The role involves working autonomously, being responsible for managing clinical risk when it arises during clinical practice, while having recourse to other professionals for guidance.

Job Requirements:

  • A Doctorate in Clinical Psychology.
  • A minimum of 1 year experience of weight management and/or bariatric experience within a mental health setting, or working with patients with long-term health conditions who are also living with obesity.
  • Experience related to offering physical activity support.
  • Experience of working in an MDT, e.g. with dietitians.
  • Experience of working in eating disorders, diabetes, and/or working with people who have long-term physical health conditions would be preferred, however, training will be provided.

We offer a competitive salary (£65,000 - £80,000) and company pension, as well as personal learning & training leave allowance to support your development. You will also have access to clinical supervision and support from our Senior Clinical Psychologist and the Clinical Lead for Psychology.
