Leacroft Electrical Services is looking to recruit an Office Administrator, preferably with some accounts experience.

Due to our continued expansion we need to grow our committed team to ensure we maintain our reputation for excellence and customer service.

We are a rapidly expanding company and you will be working within a vibrant and friendly team. We are searching for an individual to assist with the development and expansion of our busy office.

You should have excellent organisational skills and the ability to work independently.

Direct contact with suppliers, customers and staff members will be required to resolve issues, therefore strong communication skills are preferred.

Experience of Accounts would be an advantage.

**Duties & Responsibilities Include**

Rota Management

Accommodation & travel booking

Vehicle Fleet Management

Staff Uniform

Invoice allocation

Answer telephone & direct calls

Greet visitors

Provide admin support to Project Managers & Field Engineers

Office supplies & inventory

Maintain records of industry safety regulations and training schedules

Must have valid work authorisation for the UK

We aren't offering relocation, sponsorship or visa opportunities

9.00am to 5.00pm - Monday to Friday

Basic salary £28k

20 days holiday plus Bank Holidays & Christmas/New Year shutdown.
