This is essentially very similar to a patient and bookings co-ordinator where you will follow leads and make bookings to earn commission.

**Role Overview**

As a Sales and Marketing Co-ordinator, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of the company. You will be responsible for supporting the sales efforts to maximize revenue and market penetration. The hiring manager will have an intense training plan for 3 to 4 weeks to integrate you into the administration team, to show you how patient bookings come in, how to follow leads and hit your targets.

The role is full time, across Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm with some flexibility to work from home occasionally.

On occasion you might step in to cover annual leave for other positions if required within the team at head office near Harley Street, such as admin and medical secretary roles which gives you variety and an oversight into other aspects of the company.

**Key Responsibilities**

Booking in patients for appointments and procedures

Assisting in the planning and execution of sales campaigns and promotional activities.

Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for business development and lead generation.

Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth.

**Requirements**:
Experience as a Patient or Bookings Co-Ordinator in a healthcare setting would be preferable.

If you are a Graduate in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field - that is ideal but not essential.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

Highly driven and motivated individual with a passion to grow, learn more, take more booking for the business and earn commission

Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and a results-driven approach.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.

Proven experience in sales and/or marketing, preferably within the healthcare industry.
