Patient Services Co-ordinator

We have an exciting opportunity for a Patient Services Co-ordinator at our London Site, based on Queen Anne Street. This role works on our clinic reception, books appointments, and ensures our patients receive the best possible service.
Medical Imaging Partnerships and Prime Health deliver radiology services to both the NHS and private sector. This role doesn’t require any previous experience of radiology as its focus is on delivering excellent customer service.
At our London site we are a small friendly team, who work closely together to run a successful service.
Key responsibilities include:
- Responsible, as part of the office team, for the efficient day to day running of the office administration and reception.
- Provide telephone support for all patient appointment bookings.
- Provide telephone support for all general enquires.
- Complete data entry tasks for all the patient booking systems.
- Liaise with consultants, secretaries, clinical staff and radiologists regarding new patients, review clinics and follow-up clinics.
- Ensure incoming and outgoing mail is dealt with daily.
- Maintain an effective filing system for all Company correspondence.
- Deal with all customer enquiries with courtesy, confidentiality and professionalism.
- Handle telephone enquiries in a polite and efficient manner in accordance with MIP guidelines.
- Maintain the highest standard of work in terms of accuracy, timelines and presentation always.
- Perform any other duties as required to ensure the provision of an efficient, effective and high quality service.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience of dealing with customers is essential, both face to face and over the telephone.
- Excellent and professional communication skills.
- Flexible approach.
- Good organisation skills.
- Previous healthcare experience would be desirable.
37.5 hours per week.
