Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Co-ordinator of Patient Engagement to join our team at American Hospital Dubai Mea. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring and responding to all incoming calls and email requests in a timely manner, ensuring that patients receive excellent customer service.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, with the ability to provide clear and concise information to patients via email and phone. You will also be responsible for arranging and facilitating bookings, as well as keeping track of all appointments scheduled using a spreadsheet or other form of tracking device.

A high school national diploma is required for this role. We estimate the salary for this position to be around 10,000 AED per month, based on industry standards and the location of the hospital.

Responsibilities:

  1. Monitor and respond to all incoming calls and email requests in a timely manner.
  2. Provide timely responses to all email requests, maximum same day.
  3. Liaise with the Revenue Cycle Management Department.
  4. Check the system for any existing appointments already made by patients online in order to avoid duplicate bookings.
  5. Arrange and facilitate bookings.
  6. Earnestly communicate to patients about the duration of appointments via email and phone.
  7. Keep track of all appointments scheduled using a spreadsheet or other form of tracking device.
  8. Offer excellent customer service to all patients.
  9. Supply the daily no-show and cancellation report to the Assistant Chief Operating Officer services.
  10. Deliver weekly reports to Assistant Chief Operating Officer services.
  11. Follow up on patients' reports and send them to patients once it's ready.
  12. Coordinate with satellite clinics for booking urgent or routine appointments.
